La Aldea Encantada is pleased to present the services offered by our rural hotel. Among these, you can enjoy one of the services that brings our guests the greatest satisfaction: our home-cooked dishes and the Pilgrim’s Menu. We prioritise the finest ingredients from this exceptional region, renowned for its market gardens and livestock. However, we know that more is needed to ensure your stay at our rural hotel is as comfortable as you’d like it to be. Among other things, we offer luggage storage, ski storage, tourist information and, now in all rooms, Wi-Fi.

Please remember that our aim is your comfort. Therefore, if you need anything else, please let us know and we will look into offering that service in the future.

We want you to start your day on the right foot. A wholesome, homemade breakfast that ticks all the boxes of the renowned Mediterranean diet:

What better way to round off an exciting day than with a home-cooked dinner featuring the Pilgrim’s Menu, prepared with love.

A starter, main course and dessert so you can savour local produce cooked using our finest recipes. Bread and water are also included with dinner. These are some of the essential services offered by our rural hotel for pilgrims. Please enquire about the possibility of dining with us during your stay at La Aldea Encantada and the options available for groups.

We also have an interesting selection of tapas so you can have a bite to eat when the pilgrim’s menu isn’t available or doesn’t take your fancy. Don’t forget that if you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know so we can cater to your needs.

Luggage storage

There are times when luggage gets in the way. This service will be particularly useful if you need us to store your bags for a few hours, either before or after your stay with us. Thanks to our luggage storage service, you won’t have to carry around unnecessary weight.

You can connect to the internet for free during your stay at La Aldea Encantada. We know you might want to tell your loved ones how much fun you’re having, get some work done, or stay in touch with people anywhere in the world. That’s why we have a fibre-optic Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel

The prime location of La Aldea Encantada offers our guests the chance to enjoy an enviable tourist setting. Within a 30- to 40-minute radius, there are a number of must-see attractions: the Museum of Human Evolution, the Atapuerca archaeological site, the most iconic wineries of the D.O.Ca. Rioja, Santo Domingo de la Calzada, and more. This is the privilege of travelling between Burgos and La Rioja.

Whether you’re a pilgrim cycling the Camino or a keen cyclist looking to explore one of the local routes, your bike will be safe here. We have a secure area where you can store your bike and keep it safe from any risk.

And you can easily charge your electric bikes in the outdoor area so you’re ready to continue your journey the next day.

In winter, one of the activities you can enjoy from La Aldea Encantada is a visit to the Valdezcaray Ski Resort. If you bring your own skis, they won’t be in the way in your room, nor will you have to keep them in the car all the time. Our ski storage service will save you these hassles.
